Risks and Safety

We undertake best efforts to research the location-based activities facilitated by our Games. However, as these are outdoor locations in populated areas there are risks, and dangers that exist. You may find some points-of-interests (POIs) are dangerous or difficult to access. When taking part in these location-based activities you so at your own risk.

There are many variables that must be considered including, but not limited to: weather, your fitness level, terrain features, traffic, and other pedestrians. Be prepared and be sure to check the current conditions before heading outdoors. Always exercise common sense and caution when using your device and our Games.
The presence of certain information within our Games (e.g. the location of a POI or amenity) does not imply that accessing such location is safe or legal. Do not enter third parties’ property without permission and always obey applicable laws when using our services. You assume all risks and responsibilities associated with seeking a POI, and other location-based activities associated with our games.
