Refunds Policy

In the event that a game is cancelled or postponed due to an issue beyond the organiser’s control (i.e. poor weather conditions, natural disasters, government mandate) then no refunds will be offered, however we will offer an Open Pass to exchange to a new event. Once the cancellation or postponement is confirmed we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with further event details.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event incur a 25% rebooking fee, and within 24 hours, a 50% rebooking fee.

If the event is cancelled due to an issue within the organiser’s control, then a full refund may be offered strictly at the EAP’s discretion.

Please note when booking a game you are booking a pre-arranged time slot of your choosing. If you have to cancel then you must do so 12 hours before your selected timeslot. Failure to do so will invalidate your ticket and your ticket is therefore non-refundable.
