Finding Alice Help

Need a hand, Investigator?

If something has gone a little sideways during your adventure, do not worry. Most issues can be solved quickly, and your journey through Wonderland can still continue.

Please work through the steps below before contacting us.

Can’t Access Your Game Link?

If your unique game link is not opening the app properly:

  • Return to your booking email and reopen your game link from there.
  • Refresh your browser once.
  • Check that you are connected to the internet.
  • If you are using more than one device, try opening the link on your lead device only.
  • If needed, close the browser completely and reopen the link.

If the app opens but does not seem to load correctly, give it a moment, then reopen the same link from your booking email.

App Not Behaving As Expected?

If something seems slow, stuck, or unresponsive:

  • Refresh the page once.
  • Reopen your unique game link from your booking email.
  • Make sure one person is using the lead device to move the adventure forward.
  • If your team is using multiple devices, use one main device for answers, clues, photos, and progression.

In many cases, reopening the link will return you to where you left off.

Using More Than One Device?

Your team link can be opened on more than one device, but the experience works best when one person uses the lead device.

Use the lead device to:

  • enter answers
  • use clues
  • upload photos
  • move to the next task

Other devices can read along and help solve the mystery. If they are connected to the internet, they should catch up as the lead device moves forward, but they are not designed for live multiplayer input.

Stuck On A Task?

If you are unsure of an answer, don’t panic.

  • Most tasks include a clue.
  • Using a clue will cost 5 points.
  • If you enter three incorrect answers, the game will automatically move you forward.

Your place on the leadership board is based on the points you earn, not how quickly you complete the experience, so focus on enjoying the journey and making thoughtful choices.

Can’t Find A Real-World Clue?

If something in the real world is not where you expected it to be, please use the Help function within the app.

The in-app Help section may provide a clue, workaround, or safe way to continue your adventure.

If a physical clue appears to be missing, do not abandon your mission. Use the in-app Help function first.

Photos Not Working?

Photos are part of the fun, but they should not stop your adventure.

If your camera, photo selection, or upload does not work:

  • continue with the game
  • try again later if you wish
  • make sure you are connected to the internet if you want photos to upload

Your adventure should still be able to continue even if a photo does not upload.

Magical Gallery And Digital Downloads

Your Magical Gallery and Digital Memory Pack need an internet connection because they load your uploaded team photos.

If your gallery or download does not appear:

  • check you are connected to the internet
  • refresh the page once
  • reopen your memories link from your email
  • allow the page a few moments to load

If you have paid for a Digital Memory Pack and cannot access it, contact us using the details below.

Need Help Inside The App?

The app includes a built-in Help function to support you during your experience.

Please check this first if:

  • something is unclear
  • a task does not seem to be working
  • you are unsure what to do next
  • an image or audio file does not load
  • a physical clue appears to be missing

The Help function is designed to keep your adventure moving.

Leadership Board And Points

A quick reminder:

  • Clues cost 5 points.
  • Three wrong answers automatically skip you forward.
  • Leadership board ranking is based on points, not speed.

This means you do not need to rush. Take your time, look closely, and enjoy the experience.

Still Stuck?

If the app has completely stopped working and the Help section has not solved the issue, you can contact us with:

  • your team name
  • your booking time
  • a short description of the problem
  • a screenshot, if possible
